Athlete Programs:

With increased competition for athletic scholarships and starting spots in a city like Houston, an athlete can not just depend on regular off season programs at school to guarantee a scholarship or starting spot.

If you want to be the best athlete possible then Genesis is for you.  Don’t let some other athlete dominate you, take your starting spot, or even your scholarship because you didn’t put in the extra work.

Genesis Athletic Performance offers two programs to make sure our athletes are always getting better.

  • Elite Athlete Program: 3x a week program for ages that give athletes the ability to compete at the highest level in any sport they play.
  • Elite In-Season Program: A twice a week strength based workout for athletes 15-18+ that helps minimize injuries, increase/maintain strength and explosion, and speed up recovery between games.

Parents of athletes under the age of 18 must come in for an interview meeting before acceptance. Potential members are accepted based on their level of commitment and their desire to work hard and do whatever it takes to excel. We refuse to accept anyone who does not have the dedication necessary to achieve excellence.

Whether your sport is football, baseball, wrestling, basketball, lacrosse, or another, Genesis Athletic Performance will take you to the top of your game faster than any other facility.

Genesis offers month to month memberships with a minimum two month enrollment. Physical transformation and the development of strength, power, and speed requires a serious commitment for a minimum of eight weeks and if you don’t have that level of dedication then Genesis is not right for you.

What an athlete gets when they train at Genesis:

  • Programs developed by coaches who have worked with NFL, MLB, NCAA, Olympic Coaches and Athletes.
  • Never more than 30 athletes enrolled at one time.
  • Individualized attention each athlete needs to maximize their ability.
  • No nonsense, hard core strength, speed, & conditioning for each athlete.
  • Nutritional guidelines to make sure each athlete can recover between training sessions and athletic events.
  • Never more than 8 athletes in a small group.

CURRENT ATHLETE SCHEDULE:

MONDAY/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY: 4:00 & 5:30 PM

TUESDAY/THURSDAY: 4:00 PM

SATURDAY: 9:00 AM

MORE TIMES WILL BE ADDED AS NEEDED.


Professional Athlete Training

Intense customized training for the high-level collegiate and professional athlete. Pro package includes all areas of sports performance and all pre and post workout supplementation as needed by each individual athlete.

Professional Combine Training

Genesis Athletic Performance operates a specific program designed to help post-collegiate football athletes train for their university pro days and NFL combine. The Genesis Combine Program is 2x a day 6 days a week and is backed by experience, science, and proven results. If you train at Genesis you are guaranteed to improve all combine specific and football position drills.

Program Design

Want to get in the best shape of your life but want to do it on your own schedule?  Have one of our trainers design a 12 week program for you based on your goals.

  • 1 on 1 meeting with trainer to discuss your goals, priorities, available time to spend in gym.
  • Never a cookie cutter program!!
  • Each program is individually designed for you and only you.
  • Incorporates strength training, mobility work, cardiovascular work, warm-up, and whatever else is specifically needed for you.
  • Program changes as needed within the 12 week program.

1-on-1 Training

Private training is a completely individualized 1-on-1 training session. If you want to work directly with a trainer to have someone push you to achieve your best results this program is for you.  These sessions are cheaper than any other facility around and guarantee you get the best results possible.

  • 12 – 1 Hour Sessions a Month (Additional Sessions Can Be Purchased)
