About Genesis AP

DAVID CLAIBORNE CSCS – FOUNDER & DIRECTOR OF SPORTS PERFORMANCE
David Claiborne has a unique background in strength and power sports. With a competitive athletic background that still drives him today, David understands the requirements for athletic success.
He started as a 150lb weakling who only had speed going for him in sports. He quickly learned that in order to become an exceptional athlete he needed to get bigger. He then spent the next 10 years learning everything to get stronger, more powerful, and put on size without losing his speed. Recently he was clocked running a 4.5 40 yard dash while weighing over 220lbs. He now wants to implement everything he has learned to make you a better athlete.
When athletes need to be bigger, faster and stronger, they come to Genesis Athletic Performance.

We do this because competition and motivation are the best ways to push your body past limits you mentally set for yourself. Contact Genesis Athletic Performance to get started today.

I have been training at Genesis for baseball season and really noticed some big changes. Because the program is personalized for what my goals are, my body is slimming down, but I am still getting stronger and putting on muscle. This has translated to my performance on the baseball field. The ball is jumping off my bat better and I’m throwing the ball a few mph’s faster now than before. I’m not as tired at the end of practice and the conditioning is a lot easier.
I really like the variety of the workouts and how each one challenges me in a different way. Some of my teammates have worked with David because of the results I’ve gotten and have noticed changes in their performance as well.
