Football season is over for the majority of schools now in the Houston area, and because of that many athletes are wondering just what do this off season and what kind of results they can get.
If you are serious about getting better and dominating next season, then you can achieve the impossible as long as you work and stay motivated.
Jared Gansert weighed in at the start of football season right at a solid 240lbs. This might not sound like a lot, but considering that he started training at Genesis in January and at that time weighed a soft 200lbs!! In less than 8 months Jared gained 40 + lbs of muscle and lost a ton of fat he was carrying around. Check out the pictures below so you can see exactly how extreme this change was.
Even during Football season Jared continued to train 2 x week and continued to get stronger and add muscle. Others have stopped and quit training altogether with excuses about being too busy, too banged up and too tired.
