Give them a shot. Once you are in mid air it kind of clicks that you still have to move to land correctly which is good.

Nice move! I like the synergistic element of lunges, jump training, and squatting as well as the combination of eccentric/concentric components. Great for explosiveness and reaction time( especially with taller platforms) Will give it a shot this week!!! Love seeing new exercises!!!!
